Workshops
These are practical sessions for marketing managers and executives who need to grasp the basics of the commercial side of social media. Depending on the venue there may be online facilities provided, otherwise attendees will need to bring their own laptop or smartphone. these workshops can be tailored to individual company's requirements.
Individual and small group tuition.
These are bespoke sessions, generally for senior managers and executives. They aim to impart the key skills of effective social media marketing across one or more platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, linkedin, blogs). The emphasis is on practical skills, appropriate use of different platforms, and assessment of results.
